After a lot of hard work to achieve our own goals in the area of organic and biodynamic agriculture have resulted in a comprehensive catalogue with of over 45 products certified under the U.N.E. standard, making us one of the leading companies in the market of organic and biodynamic agriculture.

But, let’s get to the essence of the project…

WHAT IS ECOATTITUDE?

ECOATTITUDE is the Servalesa’s team way of understanding organic agriculture , which aims not only to answer the needs of agricultural activitiy but also to become a social agent that promotes awareness and enhances of an ecological agricultural production system that respects the environment, conserves natural resources, and biodiversity. All of this without forgetting the main objective of the bet: to improve quality crops with greater profitability.

A WAY OF THINKING AND INVESTING IN ECOLOGICAL AND BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURE

At Servalesa we consider ECOATTITUDE to be a FOCUS on the development of some of our products for organic and biodynamic agriculture whereby rigour, reliability and quality would be key. With this roadmap, we decided to direct part of our business project and resources (human and economic) to the purpose of meeting all the requirements of the U.N.E. standards that regulate inputs suitable for organic farming. We are committed to working tirelessly to bring all our product ion systems and products into line with this regulation for this purpose.

The U.N.E standards documents (acronym for Spanish Standard) about supplies usable in ecological agricultural production qualify and organize the market in order to provide guarantees and establish a reference for farmers, inputs manufacturers, and certification entities. These U.N.E standards are based on the European regulation for Ecological Production, as outlined in Regulation (EU) 2018/848. These are the three standards currently in effect:

U.N.E. Standard 142500:2017

Agricultural Supplies (Fertilizers, Amendments, and Growing Crops)

U.N.E. Standard 315500:2017

Inputs (Products for Pest and Disease Management)).

These two standards, aimed at input manufacturers, regulate the products and establish production, packaging, labeling, and marketing requirements for fertilizers, biostimulants, and phytosanitary products used in organic production.

U.N.E. Standards 66500: 2017

Certification of inputs usable in organic production.

Unlike the previous standards, this standard is directed at entities that perform certifications of products used as inputs in organic agricultural production. It establishes the minimum requirements that certification schemes must meet regarding personnel involved in various evaluation phases and the certification procedure.

EMBRACING ECOATTITUDE, NOW MORE THAN EVER

Embracing Ecoattitude, as  Servalesa does, is a commitment to a future that is rapidly approaching.

The latest European regulation, the “Action Plan for the development of organic production,” aimed at harmonizing the regulation of organic production among member countries, has the main objective of ensuring that 25% of UAA (Usable Agricultural Area) is organic by 2030.

This plan is structured around three axes: increasing production, boosting consumption, and continuing to improve the sustainability of the sector, all aimed at ensuring the balanced growth of the agricultural sector.
