TANISER® is a biostimulant product formulated with unsaturated organic acids in the form of potassium salts and condensed tannins (catechin), which play a fundamental role in optimising plant growth parameters and improving crop yield and quality. The biostimulant effect of TANISER® results from the combined action of its main components, which have a unique mode of action.

The unsaturated organic acids contained in TANISER® are acids with antioxidant activity and multiple functions in the plant associated with photosynthesis and the activation of key metabolic pathways for optimal development and quality. This antioxidant effect reduces theoxidativestressgeneratedinthecellwallatcritical moments of the crop, which causes cell degradation, leading to losses in yield and harvest quality. It is worth highlighting the antioxidant role of condensed tannins, which are phenolic compounds that influence biochemical and physiological processes, including enzyme activity, membrane permeability and ion absorption. The combination of these two compounds has a biostimulant effect, promoting optimal growth at critical moments in the crop cycle, as we have observed in the efficacy trials carried out with TANISER®.

Potassium participates in the osmotic regulation of the plant in response to water deficits. It is the main cation in the processes of stomatal opening and closing and in the maintenance of cellular electroneutrality. It activates numerous enzyme systems involved in photosynthesis and respiration. It also plays a role in protein synthesis and sugar metabolism, including translocation, which enables fruit development.
